4th May

Pray for those being confirmed next Sunday. 'Don't copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will know what God wants you to do.' Rom 12: 2 (NLT)

Monday

5th May

Please pray for the group meeting at Hillhall tonight. Pray that others would be drawn in to share fellowship, study your Word and bring hope to the folk in that area.

Tuesday

6th May

Give thanks for the faithfulness of the Ladies who meet for Bible study each Tuesday morning. May God open up his Word to them today and may He guide Amy as she leads the group.

Wednesday

7th May

Pray for W2W as they meet tonight. May God bless and encourage the ladies who come together for Bible study and support May He help them to balance the needs of family life and work outside the home..

Thursday

8th May

Pray for our Guiding organisations, which meet every Thursday. Rainbows, Brownies and Guides offer the girls of our church fun and friendship. Lord, please sustain the leaders who put so much preparation into this work.

Friday

9th May

Pray for more leaders for the Youth Club (Kidzone) so that a rota can operate to share the load. Also, please pray for the 100 or so children who attend weekly. May they enjoy the fellowship.

Saturday

10th May

Tomorrow sees the Global Day of Prayer in Castle Gardens at 12.45. Pray for good weather and support from all the Lisburn churches as we unite in prayer for our community and others all around the world.

Sunday

11th May

Pray for those being confirmed at 3.30 this afternoon. May they live a life of love and always remain faithful to their vows with God's help.

Monday

12th May

Please pray for the Student Lunches, particularly those who make and serve soup. Lord, provide enough helpers and may the students encounter the love of Jesus.

Tuesday

13th May

Pray for the men who meet to play football every Tuesday night in Wallace High School. May they enjoy the sporting challenge and experience genuine friendship. Lord, please give opportunities for witness.

Wednesday

14th May

Thank you for those who lead Paddlers every Wednesday morning. Pray for opportunities for the adults and children to become involved in church life.

Thursday

15th May

Give thanks for those who faithfully serve by leading our worship every Sunday. May they know God's anointing and refreshing. May our worship be a fragrant sacrifice pleasing to God.

Friday

16th May

Pray for Sam and Ken as they lead us, for Keith leading the youth programme, and for Zara, Lee and Gemma as they serve with us now but make decisions for their futures.

Saturday

17th May

Ask God for protection for Fusion on Saturday nights and for the development of friendships and conversations that bring the love of God to the lives of the young members.

Sunday

18th May

Pray for our Sunday Services today, particularly the Late Evening Office at 6 pm. May God give us a desire to truly worship Him with all our hearts.

Monday

19th May

May God bless the work of the Mother's Union and extend the worldwide ministry of this group, especially where resources are limited.

Tuesday

20th May

The Attic Cafe meets every Tuesday evening at 7.30 in the hall. Pray for this great work among young people. Ask for wisdom and stamina for their leaders. May Jesus be at the centre.

Wednesday

21st May

Thank you for the home groups and those who faithfully lead. Pray that more people would benefit from the teaching and fellowship in this relaxed and friendly environment.

Thursday

22nd May

Thank you Lord for the opportunities for friendship that the Cameo Club gives our older members. We give thanks for those who serve in this ministry. May more people be enabled to attend.

Friday

23rd May

We pray for our church, dear Lord; for those who teach, administer, befriend, pastor, encourage, make tea, listen, care for, preach, read, sing and demonstrate your love.

Saturday

2e May

Pray for over 60 young people in Fusion's 'Armed and Dangerous' programme. That they will go deeper, be more committed, passionate and active for God, that they will grow, hear God and show God to others.

Sunday

25th May

Please pray for the Prayer Ministry Team who offer prayer ministry after the 11 am service each week. May they listen to, and be guided by, God. Ask God to bring his power and healing for those who seek prayer ministry.
